Responsibilities

organization of day-to-day activities of the platoon
coordination of the work of personnel and non-commissioned personnel of the platoon
control of military discipline and internal order
organization and control of military and special training
participation in the distribution of tasks between platoon servicemen
control of compliance with safety requirements when working with technical means
interaction with the battalion command, communications units and other services
maintenance of established service and technical documentation
assistance in improving the professional level of personnel

sergeant military rank
experience in military service and work with personnel is mandatory
experience in communication units will be an advantage
knowledge of the basics of operation of communication means and technical equipment
responsibility, discipline and initiative
skills in working with service and technical documentation
readiness to work under high load conditions
readiness for contract service or transfer through the Army+
fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC

stable financial support from UAH 51,000 to 125,000 (depending on the place of service and performance of combat missions)
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
