Responsibilities
- interaction with the company commander, battalion
- monitoring the readiness of personnel to perform tasks
- constant quality work with personnel
- observance of military discipline and coherence in the platoon
- control over the stay and activities of subordinate personnel
Requirements
- developed leadership and communication skills
- confident possession of computer and means of communication
- responsibility and organization
- Ability to manage people and make decisions in stressful situations
- resistance to stress
- absence of alcohol and drug addiction
- absence of convictions
