Responsibilities
- organization and direct conduct of theoretical and practical classes in tactics, tactical and special training, unit management and fire training
- leadership of a training platoon, ensuring a high level of military discipline, moral and psychological state and internal order
- planning and conducting field exits, tactical exercises, simulations and combat coordination of units
- development, updating and adaptation of curricula and methodological materials taking into account modern experience of warfare
- assessment of cadets' progress, providing objective feedback and individual work to improve their professional skills
- control over compliance with safety measures during classes, shooting, driving and blasting
- organization of proper operation, preservation and accounting of the training and material base, property and weapons of the platoon
Requirements
- military rank: officer composition
- higher military education (abstract/tactical level) or higher civil education with the passage of a military department / military training courses (L-1 / VOS of the corresponding profile).
- the presence of real combat experience and experience in managing the unit (from the command level "platoon" and above)
- perfect command of the tactics of mechanized / infantry units, combined arms regulations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and modern means of combat control
- ability to clearly convey the material, expressed leadership and organizational qualities, high responsibility and stress resistance
