Responsibilities
- organization and management of the platoon
- planning and coordination of tasks by the crews of strike UAVs
- organization of training of operators and other platoon specialists
- control of readiness of unmanned aircraft systems for use
- coordination of operators and technical staff
- control of the technical condition of the fixed equipment
- analysis of the results of tasks and preparation of reports
- maintaining military discipline and combat readiness of personnel
- interaction with the command and other units
Requirements
- officer rank and appropriate military training
- combat experience is desirable
- experience with UAVs or unmanned aerial systems – preferably
- experience in personnel management
- leadership and organizational qualities
- responsibility, discipline and stress resistance
- ability to make decisions and work effectively in a team
- readiness for service under a Combat Contract or transfer through the Army+
- fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC
