Responsibilities
- control of platoon personnel and ensuring the performance of combat missions as intended
- organization of training and ensuring constant combat readiness of UAS crews
- ensuring serviceability, accounting and proper operation of UAS, communication facilities, control and power supply stations
- ensuring compliance with military discipline, rules for storage and use of equipment
- supporting the moral and psychological state of personnel and conducting individual work with soldiers
Requirements
- absence of critical health problems
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- experience in UAV control will be an advantage
- knowledge of the basics of cartography will be an advantage
- ability to work in a team
- willingness to constantly learn and improve skills
- experience in personnel management
