Responsibilities

ensuring high discipline, interaction and professional skills among subordinates
maintaining the constant readiness of the platoon and its equipment to perform combat missions
development of strategies and tactical plans, coordination of actions with other units for the successful implementation of missions
responsibility for proper storage, operation, maintenance and combat readiness of weapons and equipment
monitoring the execution of orders, instructions and instructions of senior commanders, report on the results of the tasks
organization of exercises, training and training of personnel for various combat scenarios
training of personnel and maintaining a high moral and psychological state of the platoon
reporting on the state of the department, its combat capability, on the fulfillment of assigned tasks

Requirements

experience in military units
knowledge of tactics and strategy of warfare
ability to effectively manage people and resolve conflict situations
readiness for responsible work and performance of tasks in difficult conditions

What We Offer

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
