Responsibilities

organization of daily activities of the EW platoon
coordination of the work of personnel and non-commissioned personnel of the platoon
control of military discipline and internal order
organization and control of military and special training
control of proper operation of EW equipment and technical means
participation in the distribution of tasks between platoon servicemen
interaction with the unit commander, technical services and other units
assistance in improving the professional level of personnel

sergeant military rank
experience in military service and work with personnel is mandatory
experience in service in electronic warfare units, communications or related technical units will be an advantage
knowledge of the basics of operation of technical means and equipment
leadership and organizational qualities
skills in working with service and technical documentation
readiness to work under high load conditions
readiness for military and special training
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC

stable financial support from UAH 51,000 to 125,000 (depending on the place of service and performance of combat missions)
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
provision of necessary equipment, means of communication, electronic warfare equipment and military property
the opportunity to undergo specialized technical, military and special training
the possibility of professional training and advanced training in the direction of EW
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
one-time payment upon signing the first contract 25 000 UAH
social protection and guaranteed life insurance for UAH 15,000,000
support of the candidate at all stages of registration for military service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
