Responsibilities
- the Unmanned Ground Systems Platoon Command
- planning and organization of combat use of the NRC
- distribution of tasks, motivation and training of personnel
- coordination with infantry, intelligence and artillery units
- monitoring and maintaining the proper condition of unmanned platforms
Requirements
- the rank of officer
- higher education degree
- experience in management positions is desirable
- responsibility, perseverance, ability to learn
- confident use of digital systems and means of communication
- absence of health problems
- the presence of UBD will be an advantage
What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
- guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
- in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
- guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
- cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
- social guarantees, medical care
- annual basic leave of 30 days
- professional training and training in working with unmanned ground systems
