Responsibilities

organization and direct conduct of theoretical and practical classes in tactics, tactical and special training, unit management and fire training,
providing methodological recommendations for conducting classes / trainings with operators of various types of UAVs
if necessary, work in the direction of development of the training section collecting and summarizing the experience of using various types of multicopter UAVs and the introduction of this knowledge in the training process
assistance in conducting training activities in the field of training UAV operators, FPV, LRC
control over compliance with safety measures during classes, shooting, driving and blasting
organization of proper operation, preservation and accounting of the training and material base, property and weapons of the platoon

availability of officer rank
availability of combat experience and experience in the use of UAVs
the presence of real combat experience and experience in managing the unit (from the command level "platoon" and above)
ability to clearly convey the material, expressed leadership and organizational qualities, high responsibility and stress resistance
responsibility and discipline

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
