Responsibilities

control of a platoon of unmanned systems (UAV) and organization of their combat use
planning and coordination of flights, aerial reconnaissance, fire adjustment or strike missions
organization of interaction with other units and crew management in real time
control over the technical condition of unmanned systems, weapons and platoon property
organization of combat training, coordination of personnel and observance of military discipline

availability of officer rank
understanding the tactics of using unmanned systems
experience in managing people, leadership skills and the ability to take responsibility in critical situations
analytical thinking, willingness to learn quickly and work with high technologies
availability of combat experience

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash security from 25 000 + additional payments up to 100 000 UAH depending on service conditions
material support: issuance of uniforms, shoes and equipment in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces
medical care: free treatment in military and state medical institutions
annual paid leave of 30 days + additional leave for family or treatment
opportunities for professional development, training, courses, including foreign programs
competent command, clear performance of official duties
support during the passage of RTCC, VLC and during training
permanent residence in the location of the unit
