Commander of the UAV Platoon

Responsibilities

setting combat missions to personnel in accordance with the orders and instructions of the high command
performance of combat missions by a unit using UAVs (reconnaissance, fire adjustment, hitting targets – depending on the platoon profile)
collection, analysis and timely transfer of intelligence information to command staff
maintaining weapons, ammunition, equipment and property of the platoon in constant combat readiness

experience of service in the commanding position (from the commander of the division / group and above) — an advantage
experience with UAV/UAV (operator, commander of the calculation) or passing a specialized training course
the ability to manage people and make decisions in stressful conditions

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
training and advanced training in the direction of UAS
vacation in accordance with the current legislation
opportunity for career growth within the unit
monetary support in accordance with the staff category of the position and allowances for performing tasks in a special period
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
