Responsibilities

- maintaining combat readiness, regular training and advanced training
- understanding the tactical aspects of operations and developing strategies to achieve the objectives set
- monitoring the readiness of personnel to perform tasks
- interaction with the company commander, battalion
Requirements
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- Ability to manage people and make decisions in stressful situations
- absence of alcohol and drug addiction
- readiness to perform tasks in the combat zone
- resistance to stress
- having combat experience will be an advantage
What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
- guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
- in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
- guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
- service in the zone of active hostilities
- training before entering the position
- the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
- provision of all necessary means and equipment
- training both in Ukraine and abroad
