Responsibilities
- maintaining the technically sound condition of the weapons and military equipment assigned to the platoon
- performance of assigned tasks in accordance with official duties
- management of platoon personnel
- coordinating the activities of the platoon in accordance with established protocols and strategies
- organization and conduct of training and exercises to increase the combat readiness of the platoon
- ensuring discipline and order in accordance with established norms and rules
- perform other tasks assigned by the command
Requirements
- age from 20 years
- higher education degree
- the rank of officer
- perfect knowledge and possession of all types of weapons and platoon equipment
- experience in a similar position will be an advantage
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- willingness to learn and develop
- prohibition to use alcohol and narcotic substances
