Responsibilities

planning and conducting hostilities: development of plans, management of the unit during the execution of tasks, decision-making in extreme situations
training of personnel: conducting combat training, training of servicemen, improving their professional skills
ensuring the combat capability of the platoon: monitoring the state of weapons, equipment, ammunition, ensuring their safety and effective use
maintaining discipline and morale: creating a favorable psychological climate, ensuring compliance with military discipline
interaction with other departments: coordination of actions, ensuring effective cooperation

experience in combat or high-intensity exercises
in-depth knowledge of tactics, strategy, military law, weapons and military equipment
the rank of officer
skills of personnel management, decision-making in extreme situations, orienteering, combat
high responsibility, leadership qualities, stress resistance
good physical fitness, ability to make decisions in difficult situations

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
