Responsibilities

control of the platoon and ensure its effective functioning
performance of combat missions and execution of orders of the highest command
organization and conduct of training and exercises with subordinates
support and strengthening the spirit of combat readiness of the platoon
planning and management of combat operations of the unit
ensuring discipline and compliance with military standards
coordination with other units and command
ensuring safety and performance of tasks within the scope of the assignment

Requirements

knowledge of combat tactics and camouflage skills
well-developed physical and psychological abilities
ability to work in a team and communicate with subordinates, follow the instructions of the commander
physical readiness and absence of medical contraindications to military service
high motivation and dedication to the military
desire to improve their skills and professional level

What We Offer

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
