Responsibilities

the Command Platoon
performance of combat missions as part of the unit
interaction with the company commander, battalion
work with personnel
constant support in combat readiness of personnel and military equipment of the platoon
observance of military discipline and coherence in the platoon
perfect mastery of the main types of equipment and weapons of the unit
understanding the tactical aspects of operations and developing strategies to achieve the objectives set
control over the stay and activities of subordinate servicemen
perform tasks in accordance with the instructions and orders of the commanders

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
provision of all necessary means and equipment
social guarantees and compensation in accordance with the current legislation
annual financial assistance for recovery
the status of a participant in hostilities
