Responsibilities
- platoon leadership in combat and training operations, ensuring effectiveness and coherence of actions
- planning and conducting training, improving the professional level of subordinates
- monitoring of military equipment, weapons and equipment, ensuring their readiness to perform tasks
- supporting the morale of the team
- execution of command orders, adapting them to the situation on the ground
Requirements
- desire to serve Ukraine and develop as a military leader
- willingness to study conscientiously and take responsibility
- openness to teamwork and ability to motivate people
- physical endurance and stress resistance
- experience or education is not mandatory - the main desire and dedication
