Responsibilities

the Command Platoon
work with personnel
organization and management of combat activities of the platoon
control of discipline, compliance with military standards and unit safety
perform tasks in accordance with the instructions and orders of the commanders
constant support in combat readiness of personnel and military equipment of the platoon
Interaction with other units and command to achieve common goals
interaction with the company commander, battalion

Requirements

having combat experience will be an advantage
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
the presence of the officer rank will be an advantage
experience in civil management positions of at least 2 years will be an advantage
developed leadership and communication skills
responsibility and organization
ability to effectively plan and organize the work of the team
documentation and document management skills

What We Offer

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
provision of all necessary means and equipment
annual financial assistance for recovery
social guarantees and compensation in accordance with the current legislation

the possibility of certification of persons with special titles, or persons who in civilian life have experience in management positions for at least 2 years
