Responsibilities
- the Command Platoon
- performance of combat missions as part of the unit
- constant support in combat readiness of personnel and military equipment of the platoon
- interaction with the company commander, battalion
- understanding the tactical aspects of operations and developing strategies to achieve the objectives set
- regular training and advanced training
- observance of military discipline and coherence in the platoon
- control over the stay and activities of subordinate servicemen
Requirements
- the rank of officer
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- developed leadership and communication skills
- confident possession of PC and means of communication
- Ability to manage people and make decisions in stressful situations
- responsibility and organization
- resistance to stress
- absence of alcohol and drug addiction
What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
- the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.

- cash allowance from UAH 25,000 to UAH 125,000, depending on the task and place of service
