Responsibilities
- performing combat missions as part of the department
- command and motivation of personnel
- knowledge and possession of all types and means of communication
- Maintaining constant combat readiness
- observance of military discipline and execution of combat orders
- support in combat readiness of weapons, equipment and ammunition
- development of strategies to achieve the tasks set
Requirements
- fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
- commanding and leadership qualities
- understanding and mastery of types of communication: from wired to radio relay
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- high responsibility, discretion and discipline
- ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations
