Responsibilities

tactical planning and selection of goals for the tasks of the department
direct management of the work of operators (pilots) during combat missions
ensuring interaction with intelligence units to obtain targeting and control results
control over compliance with safety rules, preservation of material part and reporting
training of the personnel of the department of new tactical techniques and improving their combat skills

presence of a sergeant rank (possible assignment after training or transfer)
experience in operating FPV or other attack drones and understanding the tactics of their use
leadership experience and the ability to quickly assess the combat situation and make decisions in a high-risk environment
knowledge of safety rules and handling ammunition, technical predisposition to drone maintenance
excellent communication skills to interact with intelligence and top-level commanders
complete secondary or higher education

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash security from 22 000 + additional payments up to 100 000 UAH depending on the conditions of service
material support: issuance of uniforms, shoes and equipment in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces
medical care: free treatment in military and state medical institutions
annual paid leave of 30 days + additional leave for family or treatment
opportunities for professional development, training, courses, including foreign programs
competent command, clear performance of official duties
support during the passage of RTCC, VLC and during training
permanent residence in the location of the unit
