Commander of the reconnaissance UAVs

Responsibilities

planning and management of flight tasks of the department, selection of optimal routes and methods of reconnaissance
direct control over the performance of flights, the safety of the UAS application and the quality of information collection
making decisions on changing the work plan in a dynamic environment
operative transfer of intelligence information to decoders and command
control of the technical condition and operability of the complex, ensuring timely maintenance, updating and necessary modernization
maintaining an appropriate level of training of crew members

presence of a sergeant rank (possible assignment after training or transfer)
experience in working with professional reconnaissance UAVs (wings, heavy copters) and understanding of intelligence tactics
high organizational skills: ability to manage personnel and organize work
confident possession of the PC
complete secondary or higher education

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash security from 22 000 + additional payments up to 100 000 UAH depending on the conditions of service
material support: issuance of uniforms, shoes and equipment in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces
medical care: free treatment in military and state medical institutions
annual paid leave of 30 days + additional leave for family or treatment

competent command, clear performance of official duties
support during the passage of RTCC, VLC and during training
