Responsibilities
- organization of work of the personnel of the department
- monitoring the readiness of assigned weapons and equipment
- distribution of responsibilities between military personnel of the department
- control of technical condition and proper maintenance of ATGM
- organization of personnel training
- ensuring the coordinated work of the department
- interaction with the command and other units
- monitoring compliance with security measures when working with weapons
- maintenance of assigned property and equipment in good condition
- execution of orders of the command within the official duties
Requirements
- experience in military service will be an advantage
- experience in an anti-tank unit — preferably
- experience with ATGM or other military equipment is an advantage
- knowledge of the principles of operation of fixed weapons
- leadership qualities and the ability to organize the work of personnel
- good physical fitness and endurance
- readiness for intensive military and special training
- readiness for service under a Combat Contract or transfer through the Army+
- fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC
