Commander of the UAV Interceptor Division

Responsibilities

crew management during combat missions
operations planning: selection of positions, approach routes, terrain analysis and weather conditions
organization of interaction with adjacent units (air reconnaissance, artillery)
monitoring the technical condition of the UAV and providing the group with the necessary consumables
analysis of work results and submission of reports (confirmation of hit targets for payment of premiums)
ensuring discipline and safety of personnel in the position

leadership and organizational skills (experience in team management in civilian life will be an advantage)
understanding of UAV usage tactics and basics of radio communication
technical literacy (the ability to quickly understand new software or equipment)
ability to navigate the terrain and work with offline maps
resilience and ability to make informed decisions in critical situations
age from 25 years

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security in accordance with the norms of the current legislation from 20 000 to 120 000 + UAH + "combat" + bonuses
reward for each confirmed unit of destroyed enemy equipment (from 12,000 to 370,000+ hryvnias depending on the type of target)
provision of modern UAV systems, crew transport, Starlink, EcoFlow and a full set of personal protection
full training course for crew commanders (tactics, topography, battle management)
