- ability to fire, navigate, use a map / navigation, transmit data to the platoon commander, use surveillance devices
- control of tasks, support of military discipline
Requirements
- military rank from junior sergeant
- developed leadership qualities
- experience in leadership courses (certificate)
- responsibility, discipline and willingness to work in a team
- ability to make quick and informed decisions in stressful situations
