- destruction of enemy manpower and firepower
- performing combat missions with the unit

Requirements
- good communication and leadership skills
- ability to work in a team
- self-discipline and self-control will be an advantage
- ability to work in conditions of increased physical and psychological stress
- ability to quickly adapt to different situations, make balanced decisions
- fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
- desire to constantly improve and work on the result
