Responsibilities

manage and coordinate the activities of the department in accordance with established protocols and strategies
management of department personnel and engineering equipment
organization and conduct of training and exercises to increase the combat readiness of the platoon
ensuring discipline and order in accordance with established norms and rules
other tasks that may be determined by the command

age from 20 years
the Sergeant Rank
perfect knowledge and possession of all types of weapons and equipment of the department
ability to manage personnel
physical endurance
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
willingness to learn and develop
prohibition to use alcohol and narcotic substances
experience in a similar position will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
the possibility of transfer for active servicemen who, according to the conclusion of the VVK, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher education institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from UAH 33,000 to UAH123,000 depending on the place of performance of tasks
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
training before the beginning of the duties of the post
