Responsibilities

organization of work of the department of unmanned aerial systems
performance of combat missions as part of the unit
development and implementation of tactical plans in cooperation with the company commander
coordinating the actions of crew members for the effective performance of tasks
support and development of team spirit and unity in the department
compliance with the requirements of statutes, military discipline and safety standards
ensuring a high level of training and training of members of the department
compliance with instructions and requirements for the safety and effectiveness of combat missions

readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
understanding of the principles of operation of unmanned systems (reconnaissance drones, kamikaze drones, strike UAVs)
ability to coordinate the work of the team in conditions of stress and combat situations
responsibility, organization and stress resistance

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security from UAH 25,000 to UAH 125,000, depending on completed tasks and instructions
social guarantees, provision of property and necessary equipment
guaranteed annual basic leave (2 parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of obtaining additional leave for family reasons
support in a friendly team of motivated, active, initiative warriors and adequate commanders
registration of UBD status and other advantages
