Commander of the UAS squad

Responsibilities

planning, management of flight tasks of the department
direct control over the performance of flights, the safety of the use of UAS and the work of the crew during combat missions
ensuring interaction with other units to obtain target designations and transmit intelligence
control of the technical condition, efficiency of the complex and maintenance of the necessary reports

presence of a sergeant rank (possible assignment after training or transfer)
experience in working with professional UAVs (wings, heavy copters, FPVs) and understanding the tactics of their use
the ability to quickly assess the combat situation and make decisions in a dynamic environment and high risk
knowledge of safety rules, handling ammunition and technical propensity for system maintenance
complete secondary or higher education

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash security from 22 000 + additional payments up to 100 000 UAH depending on the conditions of service
material support: issuance of uniforms, shoes and equipment in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces
medical care: free treatment in military and state medical institutions
annual paid leave of 30 days + additional leave for family or treatment
opportunities for professional development, training, courses, including foreign programs
competent command, clear performance of official duties
support during the passage of RTCC, VLC and during training
permanent residence in the location of the unit
