Responsibilities
- management of personnel of the department
- organization and control of combat missions
- support of combat readiness of personnel and equipment
- coordination of actions with the command of the unit
- documentation and ammunition accounting
Requirements
- ability to manage personnel and assess the situation
- the ability to take on and be responsible for completing tasks
- knowledge of the basic conditions and rules of management, use and storage of artillery weapons and ammunition
- high military discipline and responsibility
- ability to make decisions in stressful situations
- readiness for military service in combat conditions
- experience in military service will be an advantage, and in a similar position - a significant advantage
