Responsibilities
- management of the department and ensuring its effective work
- Strategic and tactical planning of operations
- preparation of plans and instructions for subordinates
- organization of training and training of servicemen of the department
- monitoring the implementation of military norms and standards
- ensuring safety and discipline in the department
- maintaining a high level of moral and psychological readiness of personnel
- reporting to the management
Requirements
- age from 25 years
- higher or secondary specialized education in the military field
- knowledge of military standards and procedures
- ability to work in a team and manage subordinates
- excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- high military discipline and responsibility
- Ability to make decisions in stressful situations
- physical endurance and readiness to work in difficult conditions
- experience in a similar position will be an advantage
What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service

- cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service (for every 30 days of combat missions + UAH 70,000)
