management and training of subordinates, effective distribution of tasks
support of motivation and education of military personnel
development of tactical strategies for successful execution of combat missions
maintaining communication with high command, reporting on the status of the unit
ensuring military discipline and security of personnel

experience in a similar position
suitability for military service according to moral, psychological and physical qualities
absence of drug and alcohol dependence
high discipline and responsibility
desire to serve in defense of Ukraine

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security from UAH 23,000 to UAH123,000, depending on completed tasks and instructions
social guarantees, provision of property and necessary equipment
guaranteed annual basic leave (2 parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of obtaining additional leave for family reasons
support in a friendly team of motivated, active, initiative warriors and adequate commanders
registration of UBD status and other advantages
