Responsibilities

work with personnel
management of the department and ensuring its effective work
organization of training and training of servicemen of the department
ensuring safety and discipline in the department
maintaining the level of moral and psychological readiness of military personnel
interaction with commanders of other departments and platoon commander
perfect possession of the main type of weapons of the department

fitness for military service for health reasons
Absence of criminal record
responsibility and discipline
knowledge of military standards and procedures
leadership skills, tactical skills and the ability to make quick and informed decisions
readiness to serve in the combat zone
having combat experience or service experience in the Defense Forces will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
