Responsibilities
- management and training of subordinates, in particular the distribution of tasks, motivation and education of military
- understanding the tactical aspects of operations and developing strategies to achieve the goal of the operation
- liaising with senior commanders and reporting on the state of affairs in their unit
- maintaining military discipline and personnel safety
Requirements
- age from 18 years
- absence of convictions
- suitability for military service
- high responsibility and attention to detail
- high communication skills
- the desire to devote himself to service in the army and the fight for the security of the country
- desire to acquire new knowledge and skills
- ability to work in a team and follow established rules and procedures
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities and motivation to perform combat missions
