Responsibilities
- performance of combat missions as part of the unit
- management of the department and ensuring its effective work
- interaction with commanders of other departments, platoon commander
- liaising with senior commanders and reporting on the state of affairs in their unit
- ensuring safety and discipline in the department
Requirements
- fitness for service for health reasons
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- readiness to undergo basic and professional training
- previous experience of military service as a squad/platoon commander or developed leadership qualities
- ability to work in a team and manage subordinates
