Responsibilities

performance of combat missions as part of the unit
work with personnel
management of the department and ensuring its effective work
preparation of plans and instructions for subordinates
providing training and training of servicemen of the department
liaising with senior commanders and reporting on the state of affairs in their unit
control over the stay and activities of subordinate servicemen
Strategic and tactical planning of operations
monitoring the implementation of military norms and standards

experience in military service will be an advantage
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
having combat experience will be an advantage
the Sergeant Rank
experience of service as a squad / platoon commander or developed leadership qualities
age from 18 years
suitability for military service
knowledge of military standards and procedures
Ability to make decisions in stressful situations
Absence of criminal record

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
training both in Ukraine and abroad
guaranteed annual basic leave for 30 days
service in the zone of active hostilities
