Responsibilities
- Department of the military unit
- interaction with other units and the leadership of the part
- ensuring military discipline and order in the unit
- organization and control of training and combat classes of the unit
- preparation and reporting on the work of the unit
- preparation of plans and instructions for subordinates
- support of morale, discipline and team cohesion
- Strategic and tactical planning of operations
- making quick and responsible decisions in changing conditions
- ensuring the performance of intelligence and defense tasks in a certain area
Requirements
- the Sergeant Rank
- experience of service as a squad / platoon commander or developed leadership qualities
- suitability for military service
- ability to work in a team and make decisions
- experience in military service will be an advantage
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- age from 18 years
- having combat experience will be an advantage
- high military discipline and responsibility
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
- physical endurance and combat readiness
