Responsibilities
- command of a tank platoon and organization of combat missions
- coordinating the actions of subordinate crews in combat conditions
- planning and conducting tactical platoon operations
- ensuring discipline, cohesion and combat readiness of personnel
- responsibility for the technical condition of tank equipment in the platoon
- conducting trainings and trainings for subordinates
- cooperation with the battalion command for the effective implementation of missions
Requirements
- the rank of officer
- leadership qualities, experience in managing military units
- high level of motivation and responsibility
- fitness for service due to health and moral and business qualities
- knowledge of combat tactics of tank units
- understanding of the principles of operation and maintenance of tank equipment
- ability to make quick decisions in combat conditions
- experience in combat operations will be an advantage
