Tank Commander

Responsibilities

tank crew management, organization of work and coordination of actions during combat operations
tactical planning of combat operations with the participation of a tank
performing tasks as part of a tank unit
use of the tank to support amphibious and assault operations
control of the technical condition of the tank (checking the engine, chassis, weapons, navigation systems)
organization of maintenance and repair of equipment
training on combat training of the crew
training subordinates tactical use of the tank in combat conditions
collection and transfer of information about the execution of tasks to the command
analysis of combat operations to improve the efficiency of the crew

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security from UAH 23,000 to UAH123,000, depending on completed tasks and instructions
social guarantees, provision of property and necessary equipment
guaranteed annual basic leave (2 parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of obtaining additional leave for family reasons
support in a friendly team of motivated, active, initiative warriors and adequate commanders
registration of UBD status and other advantages
