Responsibilities
- Control of the tank and its crew
- planning and execution of combat operations
- Coordinate with other units
- ensuring the safety and efficiency of the crew
- maintenance and technical support of the tank
Requirements
- age from 18 years
- desire to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and defend the Motherland
- high level of motivation
- fitness for service due to health and moral and business qualities
- physical endurance and readiness for high physical exertion
- ability to work in a team, discipline and responsibility
- resistance to stress and the ability to react quickly in combat conditions
- knowledge of tactical medicine will be an advantage
- completed basic military training course will be an advantage
- experience as a tank commander will be an advantage

- cash allowance from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
