Tank Commander

Responsibilities

control of a combat tank as part of a tank platoon
performance of combat missions in accordance with the combat plan
support coordination and communication with other crew members
compliance with safety rules during the operation of the tank
command of the crew in battle, responsibility for the performance of the task
calibration, aiming of weapons and firing from tank weapons
orientation on the ground with the help of navigation equipment and maps
determining the position of the goals, mapping them and transferring the data to the platoon commander
maintaining communications equipment in good condition, ensuring stable communication with the platoon commander
maintenance of the tank and weapons in good condition, organization of maintenance and repair in case of damage
monitoring the consumption of ammunition and fuel, report to the platoon commander on their use and the organization of replenishment of stocks
maintaining the combat coordination of the crew and constant readiness for combat
care for subordinates, report to the platoon commander about their needs
the duties of the platoon commander, if necessary

secondary education
readiness for military service

military rank from junior sergeant
knowledge of tactics, capabilities and methods of using the tank in various types of combat
a state of health that allows you to perform tasks without losing physical shape
lack of dependence on alcohol and narcotic substances
physical endurance and readiness for active physical actions
the ability to manage people and the courage to take responsibility

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the place of service
social benefits in accordance with the current legislation: annual leave - 30 calendar days, family leave - up to 10 calendar days a year, medical care
