Responsibilities
- command of a tank crew to perform combat missions
- Coordination of operations with the platoon commander
- development and implementation of tactical plans
- support and development of team spirit and unity of the department
- perform other tasks related to the duties of the tank commander
- compliance with the rules of discipline and subordination
Requirements
- knowledge of tactics and strategy of combat operations
- ability to command the crew of a tank to perform combat missions
- developed communication skills
- readiness for a long stay in an enclosed space
- responsibility and ability to make quick and informed decisions
- Ability to work under high stress and responsibility
- ability to work in a team and follow established rules and procedures
