Responsibilities
- control of a combat tank as part of a tank platoon
- control of the technical condition of the tank (checking the engine, chassis, weapons, navigation systems)
- management of a tank crew (organization of crew work, coordination of actions during combat operations)
- analysis of combat operations to improve the efficiency of the crew
- skillful command of the crew in battle and responsibility for the performance of the task
Requirements
- physical endurance and readiness for active physical actions
- knowledge of tactics, capabilities and methods of using the tank in various types of combat
- knowledge of the design of T-64, T-72, T-80, T-90 tanks or their modifications
- developed communication skills
