Commander of the assault platoon

Responsibilities

planning of assault actions: analysis of the area, determination of the route of the event and ways of withdrawal
distribution of tasks and determination of roles for personnel
coordination of logistics, movement, fire cover during operations
interaction with the company commander and other units
organization of platoon support
training/coordination and providing moral support to personnel
analysis of the conduct of hostilities

suitability for military service
readiness to perform tasks in combat areas
experience in military service and participation in hostilities
knowledge of tactics of assault actions and organization of battle
operational planning and decision-making skills in the field
high level of responsibility and self-organization, leadership qualities, ability to work in a team
knowledge of English at a basic level
availability of a driver's license category B
the presence of the officer rank will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security from UAH 20,000 to UAH 190,000, depending on the task
full supply of ammunition, weapons and all necessary equipment
professional team and support of colleagues
annual basic leave 30 days + additional leave 10 days for family reasons
social protection and guaranteed life insurance for UAH 15 million
the opportunity to obtain the status of a participant in hostilities
service in a legendary unit with combat experience since 2014
