Responsibilities

the personnel management of the reconnaissance platoon
planning and organization of intelligence tasks
distribution of tasks between platoon personnel
Organization of Combat and Special Training of Reconnaissance Men
control of readiness of personnel, weapons, equipment and equipment
organization of collection, analysis and transmission of intelligence information
assessment of the situation and preparation of proposals to the command
interaction with commanders of other units
monitoring compliance with security measures and established requirements during the execution of tasks
maintaining a high level of discipline and moral and psychological readiness of personnel

officer rank or relevant military education
experience of service in intelligence units - desirable
good physical fitness and endurance
experience in command of personnel
developed leadership and organizational skills
analytical thinking and the ability to quickly assess the situation
responsibility, discipline and stress resistance
ability to make decisions and effectively manage personnel
readiness for intensive combat training
readiness for service under an Infantry Assault Contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC
