Responsibilities

management of a company of strike UAVs and organization of combat missions
planning of combat use of attack UAVs, distribution of goals and areas of responsibility between platoons
organization of interaction with intelligence, infantry, artillery units and EW units
control of targets, analysis of results and report to the command
organization of training, training and coordination of pilots and crews
responsibility for accounting, technical serviceability and provision of UAVs, weapons, communications and company property
introduction of new models of techniques, experience and tactics for the use of strike UAVs

leadership qualities, ability to make decisions and take responsibility
experience in managing a unit or people
understanding the tactics of using attack UAVs (FPV, bombers, middle strike, etc.)
stress resistance, organization, systemic and analytical thinking
ability to work with a map, communication tools and situational awareness systems
confidently works with PC and digital services
experience in UAS units, platoon or company command or combat experience will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
training and advanced training in the direction of UAS and at command courses
cash security and additional payments in accordance with the current legislation
provision of modern strike UAVs, means of destruction, communications and equipment
close-knit team and support of brothers
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
