Responsibilities
- Company Command
- development of strategies to achieve the tasks set
- management and assignment of tasks to personnel, timely decision-making, organization of interaction, management and comprehensive support
- monitoring the readiness of personnel to perform tasks
- organization of work, training and combat capability of the company
- performing combat missions from planning to control in battle
- control and responsibility for the condition and preservation of weapons, ammunition, military equipment and company property, ensuring their operation and repair
- interaction with the battalion commander, platoon commanders
Requirements
- availability of officer rank and higher education
- experience in personnel management and work with ground robotic systems
- in-depth technical knowledge on the specifics of the use of NRC agents
- developed leadership and communication skills
- good physical form
- fitness for service for health and moral qualities
- readiness to perform assigned tasks in the combat zone
- Ability to work in a team
- desire to learn and develop
