Responsibilities

organization and conduct of exercises, control of the unit's readiness to perform combat missions
ensuring discipline, moral and psychological state of military personnel
development of combat orders, coordination of unit actions
control of weapons, ammunition, equipment and other resources
organization of defense, actions in case of falling under fire or ambush
organization of evacuation of the wounded, first aid, morale support

Requirements

ability to make decisions, motivate personnel and act under stress
in-depth knowledge of tactics, strategy and combat operations
Ability to plan, coordinate and control tasks
compliance with military regulations, control over the order in the unit
ability to effectively communicate orders and interact with the command
the ability to maintain the morale of subordinates in difficult conditions

What We Offer

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
providing everything necessary to perform work tasks
social benefits in accordance with the current legislation: annual leave of 30 calendar days, medical, technical and material support
