Responsibilities
- management and training of subordinates, which includes the distribution of tasks, motivation and education of military
- understanding the tactical aspects of operations and developing strategies to achieve the mission goal
- liaising with senior commanders and reporting on the state of affairs in their unit
- support of military security and personnel security
Requirements
- suitability for military service
- higher education degree
- the rank of officer
- knowledge of safety procedures and rules when working with fire weapons
- ability to work in a team and perform tasks in a high-performance environment

What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
- guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
- in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
- guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
- provision of all necessary means and equipment
- cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
- the Social Guarantee
- the possibility of transferring active military personnel
