Company Commander

Responsibilities

maintaining constant combat readiness of the company
organization of combat training, training of personnel, maintenance of military discipline and moral and psychological state of personnel
responsibility for the condition and safety of weapons, ammunition, equipment and other property of the company
support in combat readiness of weapons, equipment and ammunition
monitoring the readiness of personnel to perform tasks
development of strategies to achieve the tasks set
observance of military discipline and execution of combat orders

rank of reserve officer or higher education (with the prospect of obtaining an officer rank)
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
responsibility and organization

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
